GREEN SWAMP STABLES

Meet Lori and Glenn... the "managers" of the residents at Green Swamp Stables.  

GSS has 10 stalls, each with rubber mats and stall bedding.  These stalls also feature fans and automatic watering bowls.  There is an a/c tack/feed room, a two horse wash rack with hot and cold water, a lighted round pen for evening training or riding and seven pastures for turn out. 

The Parelli Natural Horse-Man-Ship methods are practiced here and this is a Parelli Friendly Environment.  GSS believes in treating horses with kindness, patience, and respect. 

 Recently, GSS became a member and Associate Organizer of a riding club that is the brain child of Rebecca Humbert.  "The Natural Riders Trail Club"  http://www.meetup.com/Parelli-N-R-T-C/ is a way to get the word out that we practice natural horsemanship, we like spending time with our horses and sharing that time with other like-minded people.  We take our horses camping, trail riding, and have "play days" in a variety of locations throughout the Central Florida area.  

GSS is one of the many host sites of these "playdays".  We have turned one of our pastures in to a Parelli playground to ride in containing small jumps, a wooden platform, blue barrels set up creating a number of different patterns for "playing" with your horse.
